IMPORTANT: The Original Rose Toy is not responsible for country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.
Tracking my order?
In order to track your order, simply click your order link within the shipping confirmation email you received. If there isn’t any, please email us at support@theoriginalrosetoy.net and we will send you your number.
Just keep in mind that tracking information isn’t available until 1-2 business days after your order has been processed.
Wrong Address
The Original Rose Toy cannot accept responsibility for wrong shipping information entered during customer checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before you submit your order. We want to make sure that you get your package safe and sound to your front door.
We are NOT responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error, simply e-mail us at support@theoriginalrosetoy.netas soon as possible.
IMPORTANT: We understand that “typos” do happen from time to time (especially if you are shopping with a mobile phone). In the event that a customer enters the wrong shipping information and a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to have the item/order re-shipped to the new/correct shipping address.
Where’s my package?
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery times listed above send an email to support@theoriginalrosetoy.net with your order # and ask for a tracking number. We will get back to you with the tracking number asap (usually within 24 hours).
Next, just click on your tracking number in the email to see exactly where your order is in transit. Just keep in mind that tracking information isn’t available until 1-3 business days after your order has been processed.
Lost/Stolen Packages
The Original Rose Toy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, then you will need to take this up with the respective courier.
